Job Description
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Collaborate closely with façade specialists and engineers to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
- Apply shop drawing details accurately into the BIM model, and raise flags or coordination highlights if certain details are not applicable or valid in specific locations.
- Produce shop drawings, schedules, and documentation directly from the model.
- Support in clash detection processes and model updates.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Academic background in architecture or a related field.
- Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
- Solid understanding of core BIM principles, including:
Parameter types (instance/type), shared parameters
Naming conventions and browser organization
Central and local files, Work sets, groups, and managing links
View templates and title block
work with different type of families and structural elements in Revit model
● Knowledge of export settings and extensions from Revit
● Strong attention to detail, problem identification, and resolution skills
● Ability to work collaboratively within large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams
It is Plus to Have:
- Experience with Dynamo, Rhino. Inside, or other BIM automation tools
- Previous involvement in façade or multi-disciplinary projects
