Job Description
- Responsible for all paper works , quotation and proposal of the project from the beginning till delivered to the client.
- Prepare the daily report for the Project
- Coordinate the rotational meeting
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including email
- Handling Marketing Channel that generate leads and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Property finder, OLX, …etc)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, And Prepare Sales and Marketing Reports
- Help Marketing department with generated leads by answering clients calls and leads rotational distribution among sales team
- Obtain missing information or answer queries with developers and partners.
- Prepare developers agreement contracts, orientations scheduling and follow ups, Responsible for communication channels and daily updates.
Job Requirements
- Background in software field is preferable
- Experience 3+ Years
- Age not more than 30 years old
- Flexible with working hours
- Available after work hours for serving clients quires and sales department support
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales support agent
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- English (Excellent Or fluent)
