Job Description
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Maintain office files and records.
- Prepare routine and non-routine correspondence
- Collect and distribute outgoing and incoming mail
- Act as logistics coordinator
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Education, Training or related field
- Strong communication skills
