Job Description
- Coordinate with Main contractor, consultant and owner project management.
- Determining client’s requirements and translating them into an actionable plan by his team.
- Coordinate with the other discipline and review the MEP design.
- Reviewing the material specification received from suppliers and com
- Coordination with systems supplier and subcontractor to follow specifications and shop drawings.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation
- Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Owner
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager and Field Staff
- Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed
- Represent company in regard to the MEP process at weekly Owners and contractors meetings
- Supervise, develop and mentor project staff
- Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings
Job Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's degree ( Electrical power – Mechanical power )
- + 10 Years' Experience in Electromechanical works.
- Project Management skills.
- Very Good in English
- Very good in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Ability to work as a co-operative team member
- Work under pressure
- Well organized
- Leadership skills
- Time management
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to motivate others.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Able to work in any site all over Egypt.
