Job Description
• Perform the related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipment in compliance with the company maintenance program.
• Coordinate scheduling of all routine maintenance works and ensure that all works is completed in a timely manner and support agreed on schedules.
• Diagnose the problems, lead troubleshooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustment, when required.
• Following up the availability of required spare parts, tools and consumables.
• Lead and motivate the technician’s team to ensure smooth operation run with a safety standard.
• Identify, use latest techniques to analyze, and reduce equipment downtime along with identified repetitive electrical or control failures and interacting cross-functionally to develop process understanding to resolve issues or improve processes and to eventually contribute to a higher OEE.
• Provide accurate data for the failure rate through identifying the current capability by tracking key line / equipment stoppages.
• Periodically report metrics and data for the maintenance works and performance.
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor and/or his nominees.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Electrical/ Mechatronics engineering.
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams & mechanical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot in case of electrical issues and do all necessary electrical work.
- Ability to work independently, in a team and under tight schedules.
- Good Knowledge of PLC and control
- Fluency in English is a must
