Job Description
- Analyze tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities (BOQs) to understand project requirements.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to assess the project environment.
- Price project different Bill of Quantities (BOQs) items with detailed price analysis.
- Propose different suppliers and materials for new projects and tenders.
- Draft time schedules for new tenders and projects.
- Develop tender complete package to be presented to all stakeholders.
- Participate in all post tender activities till contract award including (but not limited to) attending meetings with clients and consultants, clarify post tender queries, techno commercial negotiation etc.
- Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the technical office manager.
- Any other duties as assigned by the direct manage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil)
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Office
- Minimum two years of experience in tendering.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Advanced communications skills.
