We’re excited to announce the launch of our Engineers' Academy! This unique 3-month internship program offers 15 selected engineers’ hands-on exposure across key departments in our company, including: 
(Planning - Production - Maintenance - Quality - R&D)
Alongside technical training, participants will gain valuable experience through: 
✅ Soft Skills Development: Leadership, Teamwork, Problem Solving 
✅ Lean Manufacturing Training: 5S, 7 Wastes, Lean Principles 
✅ Management Training: Finance for Non-Finance, HR for Non-HR, Strategic Management
