About the Internship

Job Description:

  • Support instructors and students with educational applications like google classroom, zoom, Webex…etc.
  • Creating a username and password for applicants on different platforms, taking calls of instructors and students to help with their inquiries about using the online applications and platforms.
  • Uploading sheets and giving short training for educators, if needed, on how to use online platforms.

The intern will learn:

  • Broad experience with different customers, manage accounts on online platforms, support, and training of instructors of different educational systems.
  • Taking calls professionally and online troubleshooting.

Internship Requirements
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Ability to work with demanding users in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
