Internship Description
Job Description:
- Update employee records
- Maintain personnel database
- Process personnel documentation and forms
- Assist in recruitment process
- Screen applicants and run telephone interviews
- Send out regret emails
- Contact training centers for offers
- Assist in coordinating internal and external training
- Participate in daily HR operations
The intern will learn:
- Professional Interpersonal skills in a workplace
- Get involved in and learn about all HR functions
Duration:
- 3 Months
Internship Requirements
- Fresh graduates of any discipline, with up to 6 months maximum experience in HR
- Basic knowledge of personnel
- Very good user of Microsoft Office applications
- Very good command of English
