Job Description:
- Assist in Daily operation for HR and Admin Tasks
- Screening CV's & resumes.
- Making advertising and communicating with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations to make a pool of candidate for the available vacancy
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates and administering company assessments
- Following up on the interview process with technical direct managers for those who accepted in HR interview
- Performing reference and background checks
- Assisting in managing Employee engagements surveys.
The intern will learn:
- HR and Admin Operation and functions
- A brief about HR management.
- Recruitment and selection.
- Employee relations.
