Job Description:
- Communicating with costumers, answering phones, e-mails and providing information they needed.
- Lead them about our products and services to take care about their problems carefully.
- We work in shifts,the first one starts at 8 am to 5 pm, second one is from 2pm to 11pm and the third one is from 11pm to 8 am.
Duration: 1 year
Internship Requirements
- Follow up with customer requests
- Respond to customers e mails, manage information flow
- Resolve customers issues, complains, amendments, cancellation to orders
- Handle other ad hock customer relation task as needed
- Offering the other opportunities that firm provides.
- Arranging booking and managing selling process if customer requests
