Administration duties and responsibilities of the job:
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email inquiries
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- General office management such as ordering the stationery
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
- An Administration job description may also have the title of Department Assistant, Coordinator or Personal Assistant.
Duration: 1 to 6 months
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Presentable.
- Good looking and fit.
- Very good in English language
- Very good in dealing with Excel, Word & emails.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and has ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Hard worker & self-motivated.
