About FÖRM
FÖRM is an events management and experiential marketing agency working across the UAE and Egypt. We produce events, brand activations and campaigns for clients across the region. As we grow our team in Egypt, we need someone to find the right people.
The Role
We're hiring a part-time, remote recruiter to own hiring for our team in Egypt: full-time roles, freelancers, and a talent pool we can call on for every project.
Type: Part-time, flexible schedule
Location: Remote, based in Egypt
Contract: part-time contract
Compensation: TBD
What You'll Do
Run the full hiring cycle: write job posts, source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.
Source candidates on LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Sync, university networks and referrals.
Build a talent pool of freelancers across Egypt: event staff, hosts, promoters, producers, designers, content creators and videographers.
Keep a simple hiring tracker and report on it weekly.
Coordinate onboarding: contracts, documents, welcome packs and first-day setup.
Support basic HR work: freelancer contracts, NDAs, records and policy documents.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
2+ years in recruitment or HR in Egypt, ideally at an agency or in events, marketing or creative work.
A good eye for creative talent: you can review a portfolio, not just a CV.
Excellent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
Organized and self-managed, and comfortable with remote tools.
Nice to Have
A network in Egypt's events, marketing or creative scene.
A background in HR studies or a CIPD/SHRM course.
Basic knowledge of Egyptian labor law and freelance contracts.
