Job Description
Contract: Short-term (2 months) Location: On-site, KSA Start: ASAP Work Pattern: Full-time, on shift (weekend or night work as required)
Role Overview
You will perform advanced composite inspection and repairs on Airbus Helicopters (AH) airframes (AS332/EC225 family), ensuring airworthiness and on-time return to service.
The role requires hands-on experience within an AH environment and proficiency with the ANITA diagnostic suitcase/tooling used on these platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and execute work cards/SRMs/MRMs for composite structures (skins, panels, doors, fairings, cowlings).
Perform scarfing, honeycomb/core repairs, hot-bonding, vacuum bagging, curing and finishing to OEM standards.
Carry out surface prep, adhesive film application, mixing/ratio control, lay-up and controlled cure.
Use ANITA suitcase/tooling and AH ground support equipment to support diagnosis and return-to-service checks.
Non-destructive inspection (visual tap test, basic UT/NDI liaison), defect mapping and re-work as needed.
Record work performed, materials/lot traceability and conformity in maintenance systems (Part-145/RCM).
Apply protective treatments and coatings after repair (conversion, primer, top-coat) per OEM standard practices.
Adhere to FOD, ESD, HSE and confined-space best practices in hangar/line environments.
Additional Information
EASA Part-66/FAA A&P (or manufacturer composite accreditation).
AH platform experience beyond Super Puma (e.g., H225/H215).
NDI Level II (composites) or equivalent exposure.
Basic electrical bonding/earthing knowledge on composite structures.

English fluency; clear technical reporting.
