– Duties And RequirementsProject Manager for a major infrastructure (Culvert Transmission System) project in Saudi Arabia Minimum 25 years’ experience planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projectsmanaging and reviewing designs, aspects, technical specifications & design reportsensuring the compliance with all project requirementsreviewing land-use and master plan including environmental impact assessment, hydrologic analysis, and geotechnical investigationsmonitoring the progress of assigned projectspreparing infrastructure design and tender documentsmanaging and reviewing shop drawings, materials, specifications, documents of suppliers and subcontractors; reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and design reportsmanaging all stages of design phase up to the preparation of contract documents, shop drawings, and technical specifications. In addition, monitoring and assisting with the financial aspects of projects to maintain or improve benefit-cost ratiosstudying and analyzing scope change settlements, variation orders, claims, and cash flow projectionscontrolling project costs in relation to budgetspreparing and supervising the preparation of the proposals to be submitted to prospective clientsassisting with the negotiations associated with contracts and with the preparation of contract documentsestablishing staff budgets, as well as the man-power/equipment resources necessary for the execution of each project; and managing all stages of culvert transmission systems’ projects.
