This includes structured cabling, fiber optics, rack systems, patch panels, pigtails, and other passive networking components, with future scope to expand into ICT-related products. The role combines technical knowledge, market strategy, and sales leadership to build a competitive edge in the distribution business.QualificationsCategory Ownership: Manage and grow the network infrastructure product category, including pricing, margins, inventory, and sales strategies.Market Development: Identify opportunities in project sales, retail distribution, and channel partners across Saudi Arabia.Product Expansion: Recommend and introduce new products aligned with market demand (e.g., fiber solutions, racks, accessories).Sales Enablement: Support Sales Managers and Supervisors with product knowledge, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Vendor & Supplier Relations: Coordinate with global OEMs (e.g., Huawei, Dahua, Hikvision accessories) for sourcing, pricing, and exclusivity opportunities.Performance Tracking: Monitor category performance through KPIs (sales growth, market share, profitability) and present regular reports to senior management.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with procurement, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth product availability and branding.
