OxtonGrid is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy that empowers businesses across MENA to streamline operations, digitize workflows, and scale sustainably. As Odoo Partners, we specialize in implementing smart ERP solutions, CRM systems, e-commerce integrations, and custom business applications tailored to our clients’ industries.We're looking for a proactive Odoo Developer to join one of our client's teams and help us build tailored business solutions using the Odoo ecosystem. Responsibilities-Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.-Integrate Odoo with third-party platforms (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).-Work closely with consultants, designers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions. -Build custom apps and features using Python, JavaScript, and XML within the Odoo framework.-Ensure code quality through proper testing, documentation, and version control (Git).-Provide ongoing technical support and improvements to live systems.-Contribute to our internal tools and automation as we grow our digital transformation offering.Qualifications-+3 years of hands-on experience developing with Odoo (v18+ preferred).-Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and XML.-Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and Odoo Web templates (QWeb).-Experience in customizing Odoo modules and workflows.-Ability to understand business processes and propose relevant solutions.-Good communication skills in English.-A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset.-Experience with Odoo.sh and deploying Odoo on servers (Linux/Ubuntu).-API integration experience (REST/SOAP).
