About Us:

Pixie Wings is a new early learning nursery aiming at providing high-quality care and education for children aged 1-4 years, with focus on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

It is located in Elsheikh Zayed. Phase 1 to include 6 classes with outdoor area 200 sq. m. Expected soft opening to be in September 2025 with Phase 2 to follow with 5 classes and outdoor area of 200 sq. and offer French classes.

Along with the nursery week day working hours, we want to best utilize the venue via:

Camps during School Holidays (Summer & Winter).
Therapy sessions in the evening.
After school activities (i.e. music, gymnastics, arts & crafts, Zumba).

Job Summary:

Pixie Wings classroom teacher will be working closely with the Director to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for children aged 1-4 years. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children as per agreement with Director.
Create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the individual needs of children.
Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze assessment data to inform instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Provide timely, constructive, and actionable feedback to parents on the children's academic work and progress.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children at all times, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Support in organizing events, workshops, and activities to engage families and the community as per the Director’s request.
