• Job Details:• Responsible for MOE project for telecommunication between MOE H.O and all remote sites for Main Education Areas • Handle all issues for the Data Links types (ADSL - SHDSL - LTE - ......) • Coordinate between MOE staff and Quality Net CORE staff to running and optimize all connections • Get some suggests to increase the performance for the connections, and get it more stable and reliable • Help MOE staff to find the best solution for each site connection

• Job Details:• Responsible of all Baitak Tower Network activities (Data network, VOIP, WAN connections, internet security and shaping, CCTV system) • working on Cisco devices, AVAYA PBX and media center, Fortinet firewall and web analyzer • used ExacqVision for CCTV system management and Axis, Arecont for cameras • Get services and support in internet issues, K-net, WAN Corporate for our clients • working in implementation of Wi-Fi project by Aruba devices • Working in other projects in Mazaya tower, Al-Sahab tower, and Libya embassy in Kuwait for install and configure Digium PBX and call manager

• Job Details:Head of Network & System Department • Working in implementation of the virtual environment infrastructure for all the customs site (Hyper-V ,VMware) • Implementation of the security solutions for the customs (ASA, ISA, Sophos antivirus) • Working as Senior Network Engineer and Administrator for all Egyptian Customs site (36 sites) all over Egypt • Working as Senior System Engineer (Microsoft Domain environment) for design and implementing the Domain environment for Egyptian Customs Authority all over Egypt • Shared as a Senior in upgrading and developing team for Customs Authority IT sector and network technology upgrade project. • Get the necessary training to the new engineers and technicians to build the new IT stuff. • Working on optimize and get the best performance for the Customs network and Data Centers • Working as IT consultant for the administrators head in Port Said. • Maintenance and technical support. • Working as DB Administrator (SQL Server 2000 & Sybase).
