• Job Details:As Operation Manager Duties:  Production and implementation of operational work plans and budgets.  Recruitment and management of service staff and resources to achieve required service response, quality and cost performance indicators.  Management and monitoring of services budgets including analysis, reporting and action on variances.  Development and oversight of staff appraisal and supervision systems and in line with required competencies.  Monitoring performance against targets and deliverables for all contracts including performance of any sub-contracting partners.  Reporting contract performance trends and issues to service delivery staff and senior management.  Analysis of performance leading to service changes and improvements to increase user and funder outcomes/level of satisfaction/perceived value of the service.  Negotiation, development and implementation of new, scaled up or pilot services in collaboration with external and internal management functions and staff.  Development of income streams, including fundraising, service charges, fee paying personal budget and self-funded users, additional related project income.  Development of workforce plans including competency frameworks to meet the operational requirements of the organization.  Management of change plans including internal and external communications, HR and related technical issues. As a Maintenance Manager Duties:  Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation & Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.  Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.  Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities and allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.  Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary and monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.  Manage relationships with Contractors/Subcontractors and Service Providers.  Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities and ensure health and safety policies are complied with.

Projects QA/ QC ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Develop the Project Quality Plan together with the Project team according to the Client’s Technical Specifications, applicable Standards/ Codes & Procedure/Work Instructions. Implement the Company’s Quality assurance procedures and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with the Project Quality Plan. Witnes acceptance Testing(FAT & SAT), Inspections & Certification against International Standards, Product Conformity Assessment, and Independent Testing & Inspection of Products. Projects QA/QC Manager for Major Multi Telecomm/Special Systems Oil & Gas EPC Projects (2012 – 2015):  Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline, Habashan - Al Fujairah, CPECC-ADCO/UAE.(Project Budget: $11 MUSD)  South Pars Gas Field Development Phase 19 Onshore & Offshore Facilities, PPI-POGEC/IRAN. (Project Budget: $14.3 MUSD)  PA/GA, CCTV, FT & MPLS Systems for GAS Facilities in Dukhan, SKEC-QP/QATAR. sr. Quality Assurance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Ensure the Quality of the Site Process/Procedures during Installations are consistent with the Company's Policy & Objectives (PAGE EUROPA) requirements together with National and International Standards and the Customer’s Requirements (Khalifa Port & Industrial Zone Project (KPIZ) – EPCC Port Special Systems – 27 Telecom and Security Systems- Project for Abu Dhabi Port Co.) by:  Implement the Quality Management System Process & Procedures at site,  Coordinate with quality inspections with all the site sub contractors and vendors coordinate all non destructive testing on site,  Ensure the Distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors,  Implement the required inspections (Material Inspections, In-Process Inspections & Final Inspections) with Client/Subcontractor,  Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards,  Participate in the site internal and external site audits (Suppliers/Vendors) as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008,  Coordinate & Supervise all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors (7 Persons),  Ensure all quality control project Documentations & Drawings are compiled and completed for As-built hand over through the QC Turnover Engineer,  Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action (NCR`s & Punch Lists) with appropriate Tools & Techniques,  Revise site quality control instructions and action remedial responses from Client & Subcontractors.  Review the customer’s specification and undertake relevant training to the site QC inspector.  Cooperate with the Client representative on all quality matters related to PQP & ITP (FAT, SAT & ISAT).  Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan & Elaborating inspection and test programs.  Co-ordinating testing and commissioning activities and providing advice on testing and commissioning procedures and documentation.  Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.  Monitoring progress, recording all test results, witnessing final testing and acceptance of equipment and compilation of all documentation for inclusion in the site test dossier.  Coordinate with the site construction manager on all quality issues Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel.  Ensuring the safe testing and commissioning of completed installations to achieve the necessary plant performance in accordance with project program requirements.  Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current & update status.  Have an advanced expertise of the environmental, Health and Safety rules and HSE standards. Aware of the safe work conditions to be followed in the project.
