• Job Details:In my role, I lead teams to design, deploy and manage best practice business and technology solutions for clients. I am conversant with and apply proven innovation adoption and management frameworks for software delivery, IT resource and process management. I help my customer take leverage tradition and new IT services (e.g. Cloud, DevOps) to take advantage of opportunities in the marketplace. My key responsibilities include engaging C-suite and understanding their priorities; analysing complex business problems and translating the emerging requirements into business and technology solutions. I apply design thinking to the analysis of current business environment (internal and external); help define future state processes and define the system/technology requirements to realize desired end-state. I am responsible for developing team talent and driving the implementation of strategic plans for the delivery of functional/application designs and facilitating user adoption of innovations to deliver intended business value. Beyond the deployment of business solutions, I am also responsible for the maintenance and operations of technology service for uninterrupted delivery of application services to business users. With regards to my responsibilities described above, my capabilities span Core Banking Application, Enterprise Resource Planning Application, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Complex IT Transformation/ Modernization Program Management, Enterprise Architecture Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Vendor/Supplier Management, Payment System Development and Solution Architecture.
