• Job Details:Leading HSE teams across the plants (7 plants) to perform the assigned tasks, duties with outstanding performance level. Prepare, own, and track the site safety budget. Be a corporate advisor on HSE issues Initiate occupational health, safety and environment polices, guidelines and procedures. Plan and ensure implementation of all plant’s safety rules for contractors. Lead the Risk assessment program across the plants Develops & communicates all safety information, instruction, and alerts throughout the plant. Guide, advice, and lead HSE team to perform the assigned tasks, duties with outstanding Performance level. Monthly reporting of HSE KPIs and activities Ensure implementation and compliance with all HSE procedures. Authorized and responsible to stop any unsafe behavior / conditions or unsafe work activities on the site. Contact point on the site with the Safety and Environmental authorities. Leading the HSE plans during the construction and commissioning of new units Lead the incident investigation procedure implementation. Lead the Safety Training and awareness programs to ensure good safety competency in the site Directs and proposes correct motivational and disciplinary actions for employees to ensure safe behaviors

Country HSE ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:- Lead an effective implementation of ALPLA HSE Policy and Guidelines. -Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, -review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. -Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. -Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. -Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work. -Conducts safety audits both internal and external. -Takes part in accident / incident investigation. -Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. -provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects. -Carries out any in-house safety training. -Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors. -Liaises between Clients on safety related issues. -Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs. -Participates to HAZOP meetings prior to procurement and installation activities. -Performs Risk Assessment. -Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders. -Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.

HSSE Country ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the HS&E programs in the Warehouses. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance. Inform the operation management team and supervision of any new or conflictive legislative matters that could impact the operation. Develop a Site Safety Management System (SMS) for the project to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors ad community. Regularly audit the SMS for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions. Organize and schedule required safety staff and first aid coverage. Provide direction, support and resource to all site managers, supervisors, foremen and operators. Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately. Participate and assist the supervisors, foreman and operators in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Ensure injured workers are offered modified duties and documentation has been completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the warehouses. Review safety obligations of the clients and ensure they are carried out as per the terms of the agreement, and communicated to the Operation Manager, Supervisors, Foreman and operators. Ensure new hires are orientated and all required documentation is completed accurately and forwarded to the head office. Ensure safety boards with postings including but not limited to: Health and safety policy, inspection and audit results, hazard assessment, location of first aid, etc. are maintained and current. Prepare for and participate in audits such as 45001, 14001, 9001 and/or Owner audits. Create from scratch the integrated management system of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001. Assist in initiating a Dangerous Goods Room with Fire fighting system dedicated for the chemicals as per the MSDS of the clients. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions. Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
