• Job Details:An Industrial Engineer | PMO Specialist with Business owners for Startup Company in Mineral Oils & Petrochemicals. - Ensure projects meet organizational goals and support organizational strategy. - Manage the Company Vision on tracking project deliverables and communicating information to stakeholders. - Participate with managers, external clients and internal stakeholders in recommendations for new PMO frameworks in other countries. Mali, Oman, Algeria, Tunisia, Jordan. - Analyze, Support the project management office and generate reports with invoicing, and billing, and letters; LOI, PO, RFP, ICPO, etc. - Logistics & Contract management: Translate, Summarize, Communicate, Negotiate, and report on procurement activities. - Make recommendations for process improvement and cost reduction efforts. - Collaborate with company team to meet PMO skills for the day-to-day business operations and objectives. - Attend and coordinate project status, handoff, and closeout meetings. - Maintain and update project documents & Business Writing.
