Retail Operation Manager (Etisalat & Samsung) Full Time

• Job Details:• Performing Office duties related to maintain (Records, performance, stuff data, contacts reports & stores data … etc.) • Follow up on new staff hiring & gaps completion, initiate & submit all retail dept. vacancies. • Follow up on pantries and stationeries orders consolidation, adjustments, deliveries, (Franchise, MF&ESS) & monitoring the agreed cost. • Follow up/handle store’s administration issues. • Monitoring and follow up on stores petty cash expenses & deposits issues. • Handling and follow up uniform issues (whole cycle). • Initiate & follow up on all retail PR’s (whole cycle). • Logistics & win cash application access with it functionality. • Follow up on new stores contracts cycle completion. • We care effective cases closure. • Responsible for stores contracts renewal dates. • Follow up on new stores readiness & supplies completion. • Maintain business confidential records & information. • Responsible for retail communication & correspondence. • Manage to have good relations with other parties & partner which facilitate the follow up process and finalizing all related business issues. • Follow up for action item achievement milestones and updated delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadline. • Follow up on rent payments. • Checking stores opening randomly. • Target VS achievement analysis ( Monitoring, reasons, performance, plane, evaluation, MTD/YTD ,, ETC ) • Rollout plan follow up & provide assistance when needed. • Budget & business cases (Assistance/provide indications). • Stock levels issues. (Alignments & follow up). • Act on behalf H.O.D when needed. • Retail spoke (internally & externally). • Follow up & support on stores trouble shootings. • Provide assistance for area managers when needed. • Analyze monthly quality reports audit results (Gabs & scores) store/area/channel. • Handling all pending issues between area MGR’S/stores & HQ dept.’s. • Follow up on new comers training (system, Application, With IT Dep.)

• Job Details:• Responsible of region in terms of sales volume & company strategy. • Implement company strategy to ensure that retail objectives are met or exceeded in marketplace. • Accountable for coaching, mentoring, and building capability of a diverse, dynamic team. • Follow up on new staff hiring & set interview for new candidates. • Ensure that the necessary resources are in place to support the Sales performance and facilitate employees to reach their targets. • Supervises planning, communicating and executing of Sales processes in Consumer Sector all over the region. • Develop & deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives. • Target VS achievement analysis ( Monitoring, reasons , performance , plan, evaluation, MTD/YTD ,, ETC) • Marketing analysis to obtain new customers. • Monitoring and follow up on stores petty cash expenses & issues. • Manage to have good relations with other parties & partners which facilitate the follow up process and finalizing all related business issues. • Conduct daily visits to the retail to ensure that retail standards are being applied & the image of retail network is properly maintained. • Explore & introduce new retail outlets to the company. • Roll-out plan follow up & provide assistance when needed. • Follow up on new stores contracts cycle completion. • Handling stock levels issues.
