• Job Details:Assisting the Miller with daily operational duties. Undergoing milling intensive training at the training school. Carrying out other functions as assigned At different times, I have been responsible for the efficient running of: 1000tons/24hours hard wheat flour plant 750tons/24hrs bread flour and special flour plant 500tons/24hours hard and durum wheat semolina plant 750tons/24hrs hard wheat flour/semolina plant From grain intake, through cleaning to milling to produce wheat flour to required specification and ensure the right extraction of flour is obtained Oversees the shift staff involved in the plant, providing coaching and administrative oversight. Ensures that the multi-million dollars 100% computerized PLC operated plant functions at optimal capacity by close collaboration with the maintenance department for the shift period.
