• Job Details:Responsible for Maintain and update financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and journal entries records. o Record and review daily purchases in coordination with the cost department to facilitate the preparation of supplier’s depts. o Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers and regularly update their outstanding balances. o Process and issue checks to suppliers in accordance with their due payments. o Reconcile financial advances and collaborate with the treasury accountant for verification. o Handle payroll calculations, and employee cash salary disbursements. o Conduct periodic reviews of the cost, revenue, and treasury departments ‘entries to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency. o Assist in the preparation of tax reports and income statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
