Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and tailor Odoo modules to meet specific needs.
- Work closely with development teams to design and implement custom features, workflows, and reports within Odoo.
- Provide expert guidance on Odoo best practices, system optimization, and process automation.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure the successful adoption of the Odoo platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry trends to improve implementation processes continuously.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
Job Requirements
- +3 Years of experience as an Odoo Implementor.
- Product Management and Business Analysis skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Software Development knowledge
- Proven experience in a similar role
