Senior Odoo Implementor

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP systems, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and tailor Odoo modules to meet specific needs.
• Work closely with development teams to design and implement custom features, workflows, and reports within Odoo.
• Provide expert guidance on Odoo best practices, system optimization, and process automation.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure the successful adoption of the Odoo platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and industry trends to improve implementation processes continuously.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
