1. According to the local and global quality standards covering validation, batch, manufacturing record and environmental requirements

2. Studying annual rolling forecast and to recommend any amendments according to facilities

3. Execute the monthly production forecast

4. Arrange the machine occupation weekly according to priority of sales department

5. Follow up daily the execution of the weekly plan

6. Coordinate with the Material Management for any changes in the plan according to the sales requirements

7. Coordinate with Engineering Department to keep our building and our machines in a very good conditions

8. Ensure the efficiency and approve the initiation of any requirements for repair subordinates

9. Customize the global manufacturing know how of the mother company to the local manufacturing batch record according to site facilities and upgrading the batch record according to the result received from the validated batch.

10. Monitoring and control utilities and environmental before, during and after production

11. Approve SOP’s of industrial storing and supervise the effective implementation of warehouse department (raw materials, auxiliary, semi-finished and finished goods)

12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
