Job Description
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ART or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection.
- Ability to create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
