Job Description
- Interpret project requirements and design interior spaces that reflect client needs and preferences.
- Create detailed design presentations including mood boards, material selections, and furniture layouts.
- Understand and apply LOD (Level of Development) standards in design documentation.
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and other design elements.
- Collaborate with clients remotely to capture their vision and bring it to life through design.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of fine or applied arts.
- 3 to 5 of experience in interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing with a portfolio showcasing original designs and custom solutions. Creativity, material knowledge, and diverse project experience.
- Proven ability to create mood boards with relevant material selections.
- Deep understanding of spatial planning and furniture arrangement.
- Creative and ergonomic design solutions
- Material knowledge, especially wood, metal, and textiles
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques
- Strong eye for aesthetics and functionality
Software Skills (Required):
- AutoCAD – Must
- 3ds Max – Must
- V-Ray – Must
- Photoshop – Must
- Revit – Preferable
