Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver impactful visual content across a wide range of formats, including:
- Presentations: slides, infographics, and data visualizations
- Digital assets: websites, landing pages, social media visuals, email campaigns, and online ads
- Motion graphics: short animations and basic video editing
- Work closely with Consulting, Presales, and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Conduct research and gather references to ensure designs are modern, relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all Presales deliverables.
- Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of proven experience in graphic design roles.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently as well as work effectively within a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals and creative versatility.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
