Responsibilities:
- Locate the right support articles and troubleshooting info.
- The right candidate will be someone who can work on his/her own and contribute with team when required.
- Self-motivated, solution oriented with good analytical thinking to find alternatives and workarounds if the solution is not available immediately.
- Adaptable person with mirroring skills who can work with practitioners who have been using the App for a decade or work with a new employee who barely knows the basics and adjust the level of information and communication accordingly. Escalating and de-escalating skills will help in certain situations.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements:
- English B2 proficiency.
- Experience with Numbers on MAC devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
- Multi-tasking is required.
- Previous MacOS support for 1 year at least.
- Ability to learn independently.
- Application support experience.
- Worked on ticketing system before.
