Flairstech is hiring MAC_OS_Technical_Support

Responsibilities:
 

  • Locate the right support articles and troubleshooting info.
  • The right candidate will be someone who can work on his/her own and contribute with team when required.
  • Self-motivated, solution oriented with good analytical thinking to find alternatives and workarounds if the solution is not available immediately.
  • Adaptable person with mirroring skills who can work with practitioners who have been using the App for a decade or work with a new employee who barely knows the basics and adjust the level of information and communication accordingly. Escalating and de-escalating skills will help in certain situations.

     

Job Requirements

  • Job Requirements:

     
  • English B2 proficiency.
  • Experience with Numbers on MAC devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Multi-tasking is required.
  • Previous MacOS support for 1 year at least.
  • Ability to learn independently.
  • Application support experience.
  • Worked on ticketing system before.
