Furniture Manufacturing Engineer

DE.CI Cairo is looking for a talented Furniture Manufacturing Engineer to be responsible for the production process and insure products quality.

Scope of work:

• Work under the guidance of Planning to execute and follow-up on the manufacturing plan
• Update the team with the progress of each item and all other relevant information on files needed
• Provide Logistics with a weekly plan for item receipts
• Coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce high-quality products
• Evaluate the current operational and production activities and recommend enhancements
• Identify and report mistakes, defects, delays, or anything that might be affecting the manufacturing cycle to the Supervisor immediately with providing solutions
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions
• Develop operational strategies with suppliers to achieve production and financial objectives
• Assess in the suppliers’ evaluation
• Provide training and guidance to the team members to accomplish the company goals
