Job Description

He is responsible for preparing and implementing content management on social media networks in line with the organization's marketing strategy. He publishes various posts from images, written texts, videos or audio materials, which helps to raise the rate of interaction of followers, as well as responds to the comments and inquiries of customers in a timely manner. The job needs to have good experience in social media and public relations and the goal of the job is to present the brand in a distinctive way on social media networks.

 

Functional tasks:

  • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts
  • Respond to customer comments and inquiries in a timely manner and avoid delays in response
  • Monitor and provide report on followers reactions on social media networks
  • Organizing and participating in global and local events to build a strong community base that helps increase brand awareness
  • Cooperating and coordinating with the Marketing and Public Relations Department
  • Communicate with the Projects and Financial Resources Department to learn about the new features of products and services
  • Building a base of relationships with current and potential customers, professionals in the same field, as well as with journalists interested in the field of the Foundation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technology trends

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in a community manager or digital marketing position
  • Experience and practical training in social media management
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Proficiency in oral & written communication skills.
  • The ability to interpret website visitor traffic and measure customer engagement across social media networks
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and available marketing channels
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize multiple tasks
  • Work in Egypt
