Job Description
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans according to manpower plan and departments hiring needs requests.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals and network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Screen and filter candidates resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Create job offers and send it to accepted candidates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- provide induction to new employees and explain company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Create and update job descriptions and job specifications .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Up to 2 years of Experience in manufacturing or building materials industry or related field.
- HR Certificate or Diploma is preferred.
