Job Description
- Manage purchasing for raw materials & packing materials cycle end to end.
- Attend MRP meeting with Planning dept. to check stocks & required Qty in scheduled shipments.
- Negotiate RFQ to suppliers in terms of Qty, price, payment terms and delivery
- Maintain cost saving, over cost avoidance & other resources to enhance ROI of dept. & prepare rebate of raw materials for cost savings.
- Develop supplier relationship with current suppliers & searching for new suppliers
- Conduct quarter Evaluation of suppliers to assure the compliance to contracts Terms & conditions through KPIs.
- Categorize materials & suppliers to apply the appropriate strategy & prepare risk Management.
- Prepare annual budget with comparison actual vs estimated to estimate the cost Of purchased raw materials & to deal with deviation in case exist.
- Review & monitor execution purchasing plan for receiving and tracking of required materials .
- Monitor & support returns, damage replacements and warranty claims.
- Prepare annual presentation to top management summarizing challenges & Achievements.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as Purchasing , Agent , Senior or Officer.
- Cosmetics Exp. is a Must.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
- Interest in market dynamics along with business sense.
- A knack for negotiation and networking.
- Working experience of vendor management software.
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
- Solid judgement along with decision making skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- comfortable to our office location in Nasr City.
