Job Description
- Source new vendors and maintain relationships with existing suppliers to ensure a diverse and competitive product selection.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to optimize procurement costs and maintain profitability.
- Work closely with vendors and design teams to develop new products or exclusive merchandise offerings that differentiate the brand and drive customer engagement.
- Manage product development timelines, sample approvals, and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines by conducting product inspections, quality checks, and vendor audits as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 0-5 years of experience in merchandise or similar roles.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills.
- Experience in Retail or Textile is preferred
