Job Description

  • Manage company sales by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams.
  • Set weekly, monthly, and annual goals according to the sales plan.
  • Track sales goals by meeting with sales managers on a regular time.
  • Develop and implement continually coaching programs that develop sales members performance and skills.
  • Analyzing trends and results and generates timely sales reports.
  • Preparing reports and presentations to Commercial Director / CEO.
  • Responsible to oversee the sales teams and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met.
  • Plan and implement sales objects and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Head Of Sales in real estate companies.
  • Successful previous experience in real estate as in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent command in English & MS office Programs.
