Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprints and iterative development cycles.
Translate complex concepts and user requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance user experience.
Provide design support during development and ensure alignment between design and implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs.
Familiarity with working in an Agile environment, specifically within Scrum teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
