Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprints and iterative development cycles.
- Translate complex concepts and user requirements into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance user experience.
- Provide design support during development and ensure alignment between design and implementation.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience in creating responsive and adaptive designs.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile environment, specifically within Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory).
