Job Description

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.

Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues, surveys, or promotions.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns with patience and professionalism.

Document customer interactions in the system accurately.

Follow call center scripts, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.

Excellent communication and listening skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
