- Prepare risk-related studies, including COMAH, QRA, HEMP, ERP, FRA, and Safety Engineering Design.
- Facilitate and scribe for workshops such as HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, PHSER, and SIMOPS.
- Perform data preparation including parts count and inventory calculations.
- Conduct consequence and frequency modelling (Event Tree, Fault Tree) using PHAST, FRED, or equivalent tools.
- Carry out EERA, ESSA, Bowtie analysis, and development of Performance Standards.
- Perform both qualitative and quantitative analysis; interpret results to deliver clear and actionable insights for clients.
- Develop comprehensive technical reports and risk documentation.
- Coordinate with internal Environment and Engineering teams to ensure integrated project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
- Analyze incident reports, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide expert risk guidance during project planning and operational phases.
- Contribute to safety management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Lead HSE training programs to support a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain communication with regulatory authorities and ensure legal compliance.
- Oversee emergency preparedness, response planning, and routine safety inspections.
- Mentor junior engineers and support structured development plans.
- Stay current with global safety and risk engineering practices.
