Job Description:

• Reviews the production plan submitted by the production planning department and ensures the availability of the required quantities of raw materials.

• Reviews and analyses the current inventory balances of glass and supplies needed to operate production.

• Analysis the sales and project plans to determine the appropriate quantities to replenish the specified strategic inventory.

• Follows up on the implementation of the plan submitted by the production planning department to prevent warehouse overcrowding.

• Prepares weekly and monthly glass plans based on the projected sales and project sales plan.

• Monitors expected deviations from the sales plan to address them in the glass plan.

• Prepares purchase orders to secure the necessary raw materials before ordering in the event of unavailability in the warehouse.

• Monitors glass imports and the sending and receiving of raw glass between factories.

• Reviews order limits and current inventory.

• Prepares an import plan based on projected sales and project plans.

Performs any tasks requested by his/her direct manager to achieve optimal productivity and achieve the overall business interest.
