Job Description
- Following up on technical drawbacks such as networks, printers in the main office and Assist in setting the needed rules and regulations to secure the data, systems, the role and the limits for each user, and the relation between the network users
- Cooperate in ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to; and providing secure access to the network for remote users; providing users with appropriate support and advice
- Maintains, monitors, and supports Networks.
- Installs, enhances, updates for software systems..
- Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and network problems.
- Works on infrastructure systems such as backups, management and maintenance.
- Maintains and follow up with firewalls
- Implements the plan for backup and disaster recovery for systems.
- Provide the departments the recent computer programs based on their needs with a periodical checkup to guarantee their efficiency and Helps in ensuring the smooth running of all systems, including anti-virus software, print services and e-mail provision
Job Requirements
- BSc. in Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
- Good experience in networks.
- Experience in Oracle systems is a plus.
- Good experience or knowledge in Windows Server.
