Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Center Engineer to join our After-Sales Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling product repairs during and after the warranty period, as well as maintaining and repairing defective components originating from production lines. In addition, this role includes leading and supervising a team of highly skilled technicians to ensure effective and timely repair services that meet the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform product repairs covered under warranty and post-warranty service.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of service technicians to deliver high-quality repair work.
• Troubleshoot and repair defective components from production lines.
• Ensure timely and effective after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document repair activities, prepare service reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the quality and production teams to address recurring issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in service and product quality.
