Job Description
- Gather and analyse business/system requirements with stakeholders and business users.
- Create a detailed business requirement document (BRD) outlining problems, suggesting solutions, writing acceptance criteria and stating assumptions and constraints.
- Align with Demand & Delivery Manager the proposed solution to make sure it is completely fulfil the business needs and requirements.
- Develop functional solution requirements specifications (FRD) with development team.
- Evaluate, analyse, and maintain systems requirements through standard configurations.
- Make sure to get all approvals required from SMEs and stakeholders for both FRDs & BRDs.
- Support developers and QC engineers by clarifying requirements or business concerns raised anytime within the development lifecycle.
- Define testing scenarios, develop test cases, and prioritize testing activities.
- Execute all the test cases, report bugs to developers through Jira platform, define severity and priority for each bug.
- Demonstrate to stakeholders and business users the solution after implementing it on pre-production environment to take their final approval and sign-off before going live.
- Monitor program performance after implementation on production environment to prevent operation problems after deployment and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear.
- Update the project manager regularly about the progress of any activities.
- Attend meetings, write minutes of meetings and follow-up with business users.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Strong Organizational Skills.
- Experience with ERP modules and testing.
- Ability to report bugs, troubleshoot errors, and create test cases scenarios.
- Understand software life cycle and familiar with agile methodology.
- Attention to details. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Proficiency in using SQL is a MUST. ISTQB Certificate is a plus.
- Excellent command of English language verbal and written.
- Previous experience in supply chain and pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Preferable Financial, Supply chain, Purchasing (Commercial) or Sales background.
