Job Description
- Manages all aspects of the design process, from research and ideation, to creative conceptualization and design
- Manage a team of senior interior designers/architects, assign them, and monitor the completion of all tasks.
- Handle clients meeting and explore their needs and desires and matching with mode board
- Support key initiatives from creation to implementation.
- Organize and Develop project timelines and work plans and scope
- Manage all design phases as well as the site supervision until the project delivery.
- Participate in the coordination and documentation of the project
- Developing the team and developing their continuous performance and motivation
Job Requirements
- BS degree in art or architecture
- 5-7 years of experience in interior design & architecture.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Presentable and have a presentation skills
- Fluent in English
