Job Description
Assist in Developing Design Department plans which guarantee quality, timely & cost-efficient receipt of required, materials, insures Managing the Design Department efficiently.
- Project Leadership: responsible for leading the design team throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to completion. This involves setting project goals, establishing timelines, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project objectives.
- Design Direction provides creative direction and guidance to the design team. They are responsible for developing the overall design concept and ensuring that it aligns with the client's vision, budget, and timeline.
- Team Management: This role involves managing a team of architects, designers, and other professionals. The team leader assigns tasks, monitors progress, and provides feedback to team members to ensure that the project stays on track.
- Client Interaction: serves as the primary point of contact between the design team and the client. They are responsible for communicating project updates, addressing client concerns, and ensuring that the client's needs are met throughout the design process.
- Coordination with Consultants: In many architectural projects, various consultants, such as structural engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape architects, are involved.
- coordinates with these consultants to ensure that their work aligns with the overall design vision and meets project requirements.
- Quality Control: responsible for ensuring the quality of the design work produced by the team. This involves reviewing drawings, models, and other deliverables to ensure that they meet established standards and specifications.

Job Requirements
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering or any related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
