About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that increases brand awareness, drives lead generation, and supports our ambitious regional growth goals. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media), traditional (events, PR), and partner channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and media partners.
  • Lead and oversee a team of marketing professionals and third part providers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to optimize lead generation and nurture efforts.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using relevant metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the cybersecurity landscape and marketing space.
  • Develop thought leadership content to position ZINAD IT as a trusted advisor in the cybersecurity industry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing leadership, preferably in the cybersecurity industry and/or IT Industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns & initiatives that deliver measurable results (increased brand awareness, qualified leads, sales growth etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, marketing automation).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to lead and manage third party providers effectively. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and its growing importance in today's global business environment
  • Innovative & creative mind set
  • Deep understanding of videos creation, motion graphics, animations and designs 
  • Deep understanding and experience in “Productizing” various services.
