Job Description
- Manage customers with technical problems with the product.
- Answer the technical questions regarding the product.
- Determination of the best solution for business.
- Supporting by ongoing visits to customers.
- Support development and implementation of new technologies within a large systems environment by advising on design concepts and changes, implementation strategies, and deployment timelines.
- Install, Manage and Administrate servers which includes both physical and virtual environments (VMware).
- Deliver implementation, operation, maintenance, and optimization of (Microsoft Environment, Data Storage, Visualization, Networking Fundamentals).
- Manage Domain controller, Microsoft Exchange server.
- Troubleshooting and resolving high complexity customer faults on Microsoft Technologies.
- Coordinate installation of the software system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
- +3 years of experience in the same field.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
