• Compliance with operational instructions and procedures
• Systems:
  • Establishment and management of virus protection server, monitoring its operation.
  • Creation of new servers as needed.
  • Establishment and monitoring of server and network quality for identifying weaknesses and addressing them.
  • Working on completing tasks/projects that contribute to improving work efficiency.
  • Implementation and maintenance of various computing solutions, monitoring performance quality.
  • Retention of unified documentation/procedures for executing daily operations.
  • Swift resolution of urgent issues.
  • Configuration of systems upon request and ensuring their protection.
  • Monitoring and working on the infrastructure of systems in line with Egypt's development strategies.
  • Working on Microsoft Infrastructure, Microsoft Messaging, and SharePoint Server.
  • Utilization of virtual simulation technology to allocate computer resources efficiently and reduce costs.
  • Daily work on backup systems and inventory systems.
  • Monitoring server devices and systems through the application of surveillance.
  • Establishment of a preventive and corrective system in the Data Center to ensure the effectiveness of daily operations.
  • Setting access controls to protect company systems and networks.
  • Working on system licensing and taking necessary actions.
  • Responding to escalating tickets from the system team.
